This program teaches students how to design and conduct experiments for math and science fair projects utilizing research, laboratory and scientific literacy skills gained through individual and group learning and mentoring. Our annual Experimental Design Mentoring Program provides students with an opportunity to receive a mentor and supplies to conduct their experiment for the math or science fair. In addition to the mentoring, this program provides judges for math and science fairs. The activities of the Experimental Design Program are:
- Celebration of science, engineering and mathematics themed weeks such as National Chemistry Week, Math Awareness Month etc.
- Hands on activities that introduce students to real world applications and careers.

Math and Science Career Academy
This program exposes students to math and science through hands-on activities, real world applications and career exploration. The Science Café is our lecture series that provides informal scientific seminars for the general public. Our signature program event is the Annual Science, Engineering and Mathematics Career Fair and Exhibition, where students get an opportunity to meet professionals in an environment similar to a job fair.
